My question is that, I take limited & non greasy food, but despite of that I am getting fat. What would be reason of that?

Avoid all outside food that includes junk, fried, processed, sugary and very salty food items. Have small frequent meals that is every 3-4hrly. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Include protein rich food like Soy, egg, fish, chicken, eggs, nuts like almonds, walnuts. Include 2-3 cups of green tea/day it's rich in antioxidant and also will help in fat loss. Start your day with a glass of warm water with 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder. Ensure that your each meal has lot of fiber like veggies, whole grains ,millets and Proteins.
