First of all your weight is little high, I do not know your height but then only try to lose weight.

diet, means it should not very heavy.(avoid oily, chilly,masala, curd,cold food stuff, ice crea.
Cold drink, outside food)
Take always lukewarm water for drink and at least 3lit of water should be there for day.
Take fibrous food.
Add butter
milk in lunch.
