I have been a diabetic for the last 13 years. My sugar levels were in control and I used to take Gemer 1 once a day with moderate walk. Recently since July my sugar level is ranging from 240-300 which alarms me. My hb1ac was below 6.3 most of the times. I was recently prescribed istamet and januvia which causes restlessness, blood pressure fluctuation, insomnia and I also had some bleeding in my mouth .however on discontinuing the meds my symptoms disappear. Should I continue metamorphin or should I shift to gliptins which is giving me severe side effects.

You need to increase medicines or start insulin. There are other medicines also. Discuss with your doctor.
