I'm 69 years old male, diabetic patient last month had minor heart problem and hospitalized, had pneumonia, urea and creating very high, done dialysis 10-11 times. Size of my both kidneys are normal still they are not working. Please advise.

Nephropathy is a common complication of diabetes. You have to keep blood sugar controlled. Avoid nephrotoxic drugs specially pain killers and anti-inflammatory. You have to under supervision of a Nephrologist and follow his advise.
