I am 36 years Female (5 ft, 62. 5 kg) and 5 months back my H1BAc reading is 5.9 and I did complete body health check-up with Lybrate opn 22nd August and now my H1BAc is 6.6 and fasting glucose is 143, I am not using any diabetic medicine currently, I am doing 30-40 walk daily or 5 days week. Please suggest the ways to reduce my H1BAc levels.
