Fever of unknown origin in Adult Male -47 years, height 182 cm, weight 86 kg. Blood work shows no autoimmune markers, CT scan of Abd-pelvis shows no abnormality, Heart Echocardiography gave normal result, No infectious disease found in blood work (CBC normal, LFT normal, stool, urine culture normal). EPV, CMV, HepB negative. Blood glucose normal. High Ferritin, normal Iron and low Hb count (10.9). Fever since February 2018 and lost some weight, presently taking 2 NSAID a day to control fever. Fever usually associated with chills. Checked with Rheumatologist, Doctor suggest no Malignancies or infections. Please suggest further course of action.
