Dear lybrateuser, - Hdl is the good cholesterol which removes the bad cholesterol from the blood vessels cz it protects against the deposition & harmful changes in the vessel wall - to increase Hdl level have more of fibre containing foods, do regular exercise, restrict fried & junk foods -to raise blood pressure have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - have extra salt with your meals - do regular exercise .
