There is itching in both eyes and I kept washing them with water which was soothing. No redness or discharge but sometimes watery eyes to irritation. But while cooking due to exposure to heat, bright light is beginning to irritate and I am getting sudden shocks around the eyes and forehead. I am avoiding bright light for a few days and feeling better. Is there some eye ointment or drops I can use? And how long should I avoid bright light?
