I am having pain in knees for last one week. It pains while standing up or sitting down. While walking or doesn't pain. Pl advise.

Start doing exercises to strengthen your knee and leg, which includes. Cold fermentation for 15 minutes, Isometric Quadriceps, Straight leg raise, side leg raise, Vmo. Each exercise should have 5 second of hold time and 10 repetition each.
