My Son is 3.5 years old, he takes food after forcing him for the same. Not wants to eat anything. His weight is 12 kg Having low energy. Please guide.

Hi, 12 kgs for a 3.5 is just a little underweight. Don't worry much. Try and include nuts/cheese/peanut butter/mashed potatoes/avacado/eggs if he eats/ besides the regular dal rice and roti/parathas. These foods will help him gain some energy and weight. Fruits shouldn't be missed as well. Give it as a milk shake or juice which ever form he likes.
