My last period was in last December. Gaining weight mood swings feeling low some times & my feet and palms are becoming hot. What I have to do to over come. please suggest.

Hi lybrate-user, These are purely pre menopausal symptoms or may be you have attained it if there is no spotting as well post December. Start taking a calcium supplement if you haven't done already. Also include lot of soy, green veggies, broccoli, tofu, paneer, curds, buttermilk and such foods. Include 2 cups of green tea a day and if have sugar craving include dates/dried fruits/a piece of dark chocolate.
