It's a growing age you need break fast rich in calcium proteins carbohydrate minerals and vitamins. So milk boiled egg corn flakes and fruits like banana ,apple are good to have and depending on diet pattern you may have stuff paratha in breakfast. Avoid any kind of fast food. Stay healthy.
