you can add protein rich food in your diet likewise:- Milk n dairy products, sprouts, pulses, soyabean etc. if you take nonveg, that is also a good option to add on. take regularly meal at every 2 hourly. include plenty of water eveeyday. include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet. Get your body analysis done that will give u proper idea for best diet plan as per your requirement
