Dear Sir, Please get yourself investigated Just to rule out any physical condition that might be leading to tachycardia. Physical examination and blood tests and if needed an ecg after seeing a physician. Please see a psychiatrist once your physical health has been investigated for management of anxiety and smoking. Treatment usually consists of medications and psychological therapy. You can try some relaxation techniques like calm breathing, meditation and exercise to help your anxiety. Hope this helps.
