I am 29 years old and I have a problem of back pain when I get up in the morning but after I take bath with hot water pain vanishes or sometime there is very little pain but wanna get rid of this daily pain.

Hi you need to do exercises for your back. Meet a physiotherapist and he will be able to teach you proper exercises for your back pain. Continue taking hot water fomentation twice or thrice daily. Wishing you good health.
