My uric acid level is 11.6 and my age is 31. I have been taking ayurvedic medicines but still my level is high. I have gout attack every 4 months in a year. I am now taking Feb us tat 80 mg from today. What should I do to reduce level.

Drink more and more of water. Increase fluid intake by consuming coconut water, lemon juice ,green tea. Eat more of fruits, protein diet, whole grains, butter milk ,egg white. Avoid smoking, alcohol,meat. With that go with a homeopathic treatment. Or follow the medication under doctors guidance.
