I would like to go for a diet don't know how and from where to start can you please help me with daily routine, is yoga helpful when I go for a diet?

Hi lybrate-user Yoga is helpful for keeping your body and mind in tandem with your surroundings .It's great for maintaining flexibility but if you need weight loss you have to do suryanamaskars and also add cardio to the routine along with it please maintain a good diet which does not contain anything packed or processed. Have 3 litres water. Stay away from anything sweet.
