Is breakfast time bound? Means if someone wakes up at 1200 or 1300 hrs will the first meal be called breakfast? And what about the last meal before he goes to sleep? So are these meals time bound? Cuz my job needs me to sleep late at night. Is my middle meal my lunch which I take at 2100 hrs?
