I am having itching sensation on my penis head and few red raised dots on my penis head. The dots are on one side of the penis head and on the bottom part of the head. The head burns a lot during night and the pain is like needle pain. It?s been 7 days since they are appearing. Since yesterday I am having muscle pains. I had sex with a prostitute 24 days ago and while having sex the condom did not break. The sex was for around 2 to 3 minutes. What might be the reason? Who should I consult?
