Fasting apki 95mg/dl ya usse kam,140mg/dl khane k ek ghante k bad..120mg/dl 2 ghAnte k bad .. Agar apko gestational diabetes hai to apke baby ka weight normal se kafi jyada ho sakti hai.. Diet chart:avoid bread,cereal,fruits and milk in breakfast. Eat more of protiens,avoid juices ,milk completely,avoid potato,rice,beans,lentils,curd,yogurt,pasta Eat fresh vegetabels,skinless chicken breast,fresh fruits Avoid junks,oily,spicy,sweets,chips
