Hi My baby is 3 months old. He is having cold since last 2 days and mild fever during night (temperature 99.7) We took him to Dr. yesterday. She suggested to use febrex plus drops thrice a day 0.6 ml. However, our family Dr. advised to use sinarest-af instead of that as febrex plus contains paracetamol and giving the same thrice a day for mild fever is not recommended. We started using sinarest af since yesterday but I hardly see any improvement. Also his nose passage is quite blocked. I am using nasoclear saline drops but it's hardly giving any relief to him. Please help urgently.
