Hello Experts, I'm 24 years young boy. My BP was troubling me since last year. Lots of Doctors recommend me to loss weight immediately. Because I'm in obesity. My BMI is 36%. So. Right now, I am doing exercise regularly. But I've given up eating Oil, Salt, Carbs. Just I eat through the day only Sprouts, Green Tea, Black Coffee, Apple & Egg Whites. Is it safe for me? Should I continue this? Not eating salt, oil & carbs will impact any bad issues in health? Because I want to always active & fit. And also wish to keep away from High Blood Pressure. So.
