Hi sir, 6 months ago I pull a battery about 65 kg after this my left shoulder having pain and some it is tolerate. And also I am working in computer 6- hours daily.

Don't sleep on left side of shoulder. Don't carry or lift heavy weight over that hand. After every one hour change the position. Apply gel and mild heating. Do Shoulder stretching and strengthening exercises. Wall push ups finger ladder self stretching pendulum exercises thera band exercises.
