I am 21 year male ,regularly going to gym but may weight is not increasing and my body build is also not much. So give me some diet advice (as I am a pure vegetarian) so I could increase my body weight and build.

Dear lybrateuser, - To increase your weight & build muscles you have to consume a balanced diet with more of protein rich foods - have more of fruits, vegetables including green leafy & seasonal ones, whole grains like whole wheat, brown rice, oats, quinoa instead of refined ones, milk & milk products like yogurt, cheese, butter milk, cottage cheese, tofu, soya products, beans, lentils, pulses, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews, peanuts, seeds such as chia, sesame, pumpkin - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in-between meals to boost your protein content in diet.
