My body seems to be so thin and unhealthy. And I masturbate 2 or 3 times in a week. Will it affects my health badly? What are the best ways to maintain my health? I do not have many muscles in my body, my bones are appearing easily when I take my clothes off. Please advise me better ways to change my condition.

Masturbation if done in excess causes weakness..weekly 2 to 3 times is normal.. eat healthy protien rich diet,almonds,apricots,banana,potatoes,citrus fruits,eat smaller meals 5 times than in a bulk,eat paneer,tofu,cheese,butter,avoid junks,avoid smoking,do pull ups ,push ups ,pysicsl activity,drink more wAter,drink water 1 hour prior to meals..
