Recently I came to know that my potassium is 6.9 and urine creatinine is 35.5 serum creatinine is 1.6 seems I have Kidney problems and also my prostrate is some enlargement, however, the shape of the kidney is ok. I am suffering from diabetes for 20 Years more or fewer that's in control, today's reading is 179 fasting. I, therefore, request that how bad is my condition and what may be the treatment?

You have diabetic nephropathy and to prevent its further progress you should control your blood sugar strictly and avoid unnecessary medicines specially pain killers. Consult a Nephrologist for more specific advise.
