I have recently a problem. I cannot eat spicy food and if I did then would get a burning sensation in my mouth. What could be the problem?

Its due to nutritional deficiency especially zinc and vit b complex.. its advicable to drink more water ..have a low sugary diet .. proper balanced diet is advicable includes green veg,less of spices,less sugar,less tea coffee,more of fruits ,citrus fruits,spinach,kale,curd
