Its still a 3 months..why are you in so much of hurry dear.. Your body needs atleast 1 year to get normal after delivery.. tips to follow.. Eat green veg Protien diet ,low fat,drink more of water,no junks,carnonated drinks,less of sweets.. breastfeed your baby as much as possible as its a natural way to shed calories.. after 6 months go for a milder form of exercises .. you can watch it on fitness blender on youtube .. be patience..have a extra baby momma time..
