Hi I'm a female and 22yeats old. I was recently affected by sinus and it continued for almost 10 days now. I was under medication. But I am unable to sleep for the past 3 days. I'm having a disturbed sleep, I tend to wake up every half an hour. My headache and jaws ache. I do steam. I also suffered from ulcer along with diarrhea. And now even after taking Restyl 0.25 mg I could not fall asleep. My eyes feel heavy in the morning. Could you please help me to sleep?
