I am 22. From 8-9 years I have skin allergy like problem in my hand palm n feet also. When my hands or feet get exposed to hot water, any detergent, any spices then it causes burning sensation, inflammation and many times itching. And many times there are little red pimples forms in my palm and causes pain. I used many different treatments but it doesn't cover. I want to know why this problem causes and is there any treatment or way to cure this please suggest?
