My prostate gland is enlarged and measures 34.5*34.6*42.3 mms and weighs 26. 4gms. In ultrasound, significant amount of post void residual urine volume (51.5 ml) in bladder cause Grade I Prostate enlargement. Further, in my right kidney hyperechoic foci measuring 4.3*4.2 mms and 4.2*3.8 mms are seen in middle calyx. CMD is clear. Last year stone size was 4 mm * 3 mm. I frequently go for urine and sometimes unable to control it. No pain in passing urine. In the night 1-2 times I go for urine. I had drunk lot of water in 1 year but stone size increased by 1 mm. PSA is 1.37. I don't smoke and don't drink. I am a vegetarian. What should I do?
