I wanna lose weight my height is 5.10 weight 83. 5 kg I work as a casher so I have to sit a lot at work I have 3 meals a day morning in morning I have glass of water before breakfast with out fail breakfast with 1egg one or two pav and cup of tea during lunch I have little rice and curry with 2 roti or some time mix veg curry and in dinner I have non veg small meal with 3 roti how do I lose wait.
