Start exercise as soon as possible. Swimming, yoga, gym whatever you can. Take warm water after each meal. Avoid oily foods and dairy products till desired weight after that you can take some dairy products for muscular health. Take plenty of raw vege and fruits (after october because right now it is sharad rutu)
