Eat green leafy veggies..more of citrus fruits..banana,more of water..eat 4to 5 times in smaller portions..avoid in bulk.. drink milk twice .. eat dry fruits..eat dairy products like paneer,cheese.. dont smoke..dont drink alcohol.. eat protien rich food.. pulses..legumes..potatoes.. opt for protein shakes..do mild exercises..
