Hi I am 29 years old. Recently I have had a lipid profile test which shows that my total cholesterol level is 208 mg/ dl and the triglyceride is 450 mg/dl. The doctor has prescribed me stanlip 145 once daily. I have started morning exercise, diet control and an omega 3 fish oil. So my question is that should I take the stanlip or the other things are enough to control the triglyceride level?
