Hello lybrate-user Basically you need to eat more calories and need to do some kind of exercise to absorb extra calories to gain weight. But be consistent as like losing weight gaining also require some time. Following points you need to take into consideration while increasing your calories 1) No fast food 2) No cheese 3) Avoid fried items 4) include dry fruits especially raisins and dates 5) include any kind of milkshake daily in your diet. 6) you are non vegetarian then include chicken soup made out of leg piece. 7)you can have Ashwgandha (ayurvedic herb) to increase weight!
