Consulting Doc ordered CBP, ESR, Peripheral smear, D3 History: Ectopic thyroid on 125 mcg Thyronorm Hematology and Biochemistry Findings: WBC is elevated at 16000 Absolute Neutrophil count: 9200 Absolute Lymphocyte count is 5600 Absolute Eosinophil count is 0 Differential count of neutrophil is 57 eosinophil is 0 Platelet Count elevated at 491000 Peripheral Smear RBC: Normocytic Hypochromic WBC: Absolute Neutrophilic leukocytosis Platelets: Mild Thrombocytosis ESR: 29 Vitamin D: 12.85 Rest of the findings are within normal range.
