Hello doctor he is 21 years old. My friend is suffering by numbness in penis & loss of sensitivity due to accident & he also suffering by pain inside on his penis. Because of this accident his penis nervous got damaged & become numbness peni & lost sensitivity even masturbating also not working to him he can't feel any sense in his penis & now his penis become small because of this. Pls give advice how to cure numbness in penis? & how to regain sensitivity in penis? Pls suggest me the treatment or medicine.
