I am increasing my weight from last 6-8 months, now my weight is 60 kg. My height is 5.2 & my age is 23+.pls give me some suggestions for loose my weight rapidly. Pls give me diet chart & some exercises.

Do lunges..pilates.. and more of physical activities like jogging ..skipping etc..avoid dairy products and oily foods..avoid junks..avoid sweets..eat good amount of healthy food like green leafy veg,roti,pulses.. avoid eating egg yolk.. drink skimmed milk ..drink more of water..avoid smoking ..no alcohol.. more of citrus fruits and fibers ..
