Hi, I'm 22 years old. I'm planning on doing liquid diet for a week. I'm 88 kgs and 5'10" My question is 1. Is it safe to do it? 2. Does it cause muscle loss? 3. What is the best way to do it (please guide me to do it perfectly) Any other suggestions or advice will be appreciated. Thank you.

Out of 52 weeks if you take liquids for one week, not much change will happen, because you are not resolving the main issue of excessive calories consumption. One or two kgs that you lose through liquid diet will soon come back. The main point to note is that there is no magical instant cure for obesity. It needs long term permanent change. Only then you can see positive results.
