Hello doctors, I am a student having age 19 years old and I think I am addicted to pornography, adult,sexual content and the most worst is masturbating. I indulge in masturbation and perform it almost every day. After masturbating I feel very weak, my body is exhausted totally and having severe headache as well. Please doctors suggest me some tips to rid out of such bad habits. I wants to quit porn and wants to live a healthy and normal life.
