Earlier I used to have jock itch now almost I got relief from it, now I am suffering from itching below the stomach and it's looking like rings and also suffering from anal itching if I sit for a certain time I get itching and some 2 bumps on buttocks it's irritating I can't able to sit for long time comfortable suggest me a good solution please I am preparing for physical fitness test for govt jobs so I need to exercise daily and it's difficult when it's sweaty.
