I am 50 years old woman, my weight is 68 kgs and height is 167 cms. My body weight little higher for my height. But my cheeks and face if out of proportion. It looks very big. I am non vegetarian and eat sweets regularly. I have Bp. But I am not diabetic. Please suggest me how to reduce my face. It looks very odd.

You can not change appearance, be happy with what you have. Reduce your intake of nonvegetarian food and sweets. Do some exercise regularly.
