Healthy meals coupled with some workout can lead you to your weight loss goal. Overeating, seadentary lifestyle, Hormonal issues, etc can make a person gain weight. Look for ways to improve your metabolism, eat smaller 5-6 meals a day, Do workout, Keep yourself well hydrated, get good sleep. Drink enough water , Cut down on sugar and salt, Have heavy breakfast and very light dinner , Go for no carb dinner, drink 2-3 cups of green tea , Cut down on refined carbs and have a diet rich in Protein and fiber. Also exercise daily for atleast 30 min.
