I am 52 years old and about one year back my BP was 165/110 and doctors advised me to take 40 mg pills to reduce BP level. After taking it for few months they advised me to take Telvas H80. Now BP level is within the range then what I should do? Lowering the potency of the medicine gradually or else?

You can reduce medicines gradually under medical supervision. Continue to measure BP once every month on fixed date after resting for ten minutes long term.
