When I was doing schooling, I started peeing continuously like every second I will feel some sensation like need to pee and irritation. I referred so many urologists and all said no issue. It may be 10 years before, till I remember from then I started peeing frequently because I feel like I need to go. From my memory I remember like whenever I am travelling or something I will pee often whenever there is a chance. Till 2 weeks before, I felt like I have a peeing sensation but I will control that does not made me worry but suddenly last week when I was alone peeing issue strike my mind, from then I started thinking about urination. Once I go and pee and come back, immediately I feel like I need to pee again. Sometimes I will go and sometimes I will control. But main problem I have is I cannot be normal like others, I cannot concentrate on anything only thought in my mind is urination, and once I go pee and come back also, if I does not have sensation also my mind is trying to pee.
- Keep your mind busy in other activities like your job or do exercise or study or follow a hobby, the moment your mind is idle the thought & urge will come
- drink fluids & water slowly, keep sipping small quantity
- do deep breathing whenever urge is there
- get ultrasound abdomen & pelvis done if not done earlier to rule out any other problem.
