Before 5 months I have an UTI. Symptoms were pain in right testicle, swelling in right testicle & epididymis became hard. And I don't have pain in other parts or area. That time Urine test shown PUS CELLS: 7-8/ HPF and EPITHELIAL CELLS: 3-4/HPF. Doctor gave me 10-12 days medicines. Then my pain gone & I thought that my infection has been cured as doctor said that it will be cured in 4-5 days. In between I sometimes feels that my infection is not cured but I think that I have misconception as pain was occasional. Now in present I have continuous pain in same area & in same testicle. Epididymis is still hard. Now urine test shows PUS CELLS: 3-4/HPF & EPITHELIAL CELLS: 4-5 /HPF with BACTERIA: PRESENT whereas in previous report it was absent. I don't understand what problem I have even doctor said that you are likely to become infertile or impotent because you have the UTI second time. And I think that it was not cured at that time.
