Dear Lybrateuser, - A strong immunity depends on a healthy lifestyle including a well balanced diet with more of protein rich foods, good hydration, regular exercise, proper sleep & minimum stress - have more of fruits, vegetables, whole grains instead of refined ones, protein rich foods such as eggs, lean meats, milk & milk products, legumes, sprouts, nuts such as almonds, walnuts, pista, cashews & peanuts - include a protein rich food in each of your meals & also as a snack in between meals - have plenty of oral fluids including 7-8 glasses of water for proper hydration - do regular exercise including jogging, swimming, cycling, do moderate weight lifting for 10-15 min twice a week - sleep well for at least 7-8 hrs at night, keep your sleep & wake up time fixed - do yoga, meditation, listen to light music to reduce stress - a positive & healthy lifestyle leads to a strong immunity.
