I am into sales and marketing profession since too much travelling and improper schedule life style is there which I can not change as it my profession .due to this I have a improper sleep which leads to headache and dizziness ,even being tried I do not get sleep easily, I maintain healthy food and gyming still I feel sleep is very important. Can you please suggest any mild sleeping medicine with no side effect I just want to use it for a small duration so that I get a nak of sleep.
