Hello its impossible to reduce weight without any physical activity.. atleast 10 min exercise to be done With that eat green veggies,drink plenty of water,drink lemon mixed in lukewarm water with little pure honey every morning in empty stomach..dont eat oily ,junks,chocolates,no carbonated drinks,no alcohol,no smoking,reduce stress ..
